Every FarmHQ plan runs the same product: births, movements and deaths registered, the medicine book and Red Tractor records, receipts turned into VAT-coded expenses, invoicing, VAT filed to HMRC, timesheets and wages, and Ask Farmer Joe across all of it. Nothing is held back on a cheaper plan. The only question is which of the three usage bands your holding falls into.

Commercial Farm covers 150-450 cattle, 500-1,000 sheep and 30-60 invoices a month, for a farm doing meaningfully more volume on both the livestock and the bookkeeping side. Country Estate covers anything above that: 450 or more cattle, 1,000 or more sheep, or 60 or more invoices a month.
FarmHQ is in pre-launch beta. A first group of founding farms, starting with a pilot in South-West England in the second half of 2026, goes free for the first three months, in exchange for telling us bluntly what is wrong with the product.
